Network
Marketing Leads unfortunately are not
the same type of lead that we used to get
in the late 1990's. Back then computers
were expensive and most of the people who
owned them had money to spare or enough
money in their pockets to join a network
marketing business. Today just about every
Tom, Dick and Harry has a computer and most
of the people on the internet are looking
for ways to make money, but they don't have
enough money to pay for their internet connection.
It's these masses that you need to
gear your presentations towards, when you
are working with network marketing leads.
Occassionally,
you will run into a person who has the money
to start a successful home based business
and you need to make sure your network marketing
system is diversified enough to meet their
needs as well.
Network
Marketing Leads #1 Goal:
If
you purchase network marketing leads for
$85 you need to create a game plan that
will allow you to earn at least $85 from
that batch of leads. You might not
make your $85 back within a week, but over
the "life" of that particular
set of leads, you need to break even.
1.
If your company has a fast start bonus
that pays $40 then you only need to convert
2 of those leads to "almost" break
even. If your network marketing company
pays a residual income of 10% on the first
level then you will probably need to convert
8 or 9 network marketing prospects to break
even. However, if these people stick
around for 2 months then you only need 4
or 5 to break even. (2 months of residual
income at 10% would net you $80 to $90).
The
above example is if you work your network
marketing leads the traditional methods
that are taught by most network marketing
companies, distributors and success teams.
Network
Marketing Leads: Working them the funded
proposal way
Mike
Dillard and now others like Ann Seig are
teaching people to generate network marketing
leads by leading with an inexpensive product
that everyone needs, before they even see
your business. This is a very successful
network marketing lead generation strategy
that can and should be applied to working
your network marketing leads.
The
prospects that you run into are going to
be greenhorns in network marketing. They
really don't have a good grasp of the business
and teaching them will take time. On
one of my sites I have an mlm
education pack that can be used in many
different ways. At the very bottom
of the page I have 2 very inexpensive products
that work extremely well for these types
of prospects. How to NOT get scammed

Either
of those 2 products should be an intitial
offering after you send them a free report,
product or whatever. You can tell
these network marketing prospects the following:
"if you are serious about generating
an income on the internet, then they should
invest some money into educating themselves
first. A $5 investment is peanuts
to what they could earn if they follow your
system that" ..........you fill in
the blanks.

Debt Free Networking, Network Marketing
Survival or even Explosive Network Marketing
Jumpstart. All of these books can
be priced to whatever you desire. Ask me

Network
Marketing Leads: Price Per New Member
I've
lectured, had private conference calls,
etc and have taught this concept of "price
per new member" for as long as I have
been associated with Network Marketing.
Basically you take the example above
of $85 for your set of network marketing
prospects and you divide that number by
the total number of members those leads
generated. If you sponsored only one
new member from those leads your price per
new member is going to be $85. If
you sponsored 2 new members then your price
per new member would be $42.50.
I've
always tried to get my price per new member
below the $20 level.
Today,
I teach groups to get their money back from
each set of leads as quickly as possible,
regardless if they get a new member or not.
The reason being is that $85 for leads
can be doubled the next month if they stick
to a $85 per month for advertising plan.
Example
Budget: June $85 for network marketing
leads July
$85 for more leads August
$85 for even more leads
In
the olden days, that was our budget and
if we recooped our money from fast start
bonuses then we were sitting in good shape.
Many of our new members could not
duplicate our success so each month they
would fork out another $85 and after three
months they were out $255 and nothing to
show for it.
Today,
if we sell some of the books in our mlm
education library it makes it a heck
of a lot easier to get our money back and
keep us in business. This is a funded
proposal method for mlm leads and it works.
Combine this funded proposal with sponsoring
new members and not only are we in the black,
we have additional money in our advertising
budget to sustain us for a longer haul.
And
each month we can purchase more mlm leads.
Imagine for a moment if we receive 100 network
marketing leads for that $85 purchase. Let's
say combined we sold enough books and sponsored
one new member to help us earn $90. We
could pocket that money and purchase another
100 leads next month and probably make close
to $90 again.
However,
if we took our profits, reinvested that
money into more leads and used another $85
out of pocket advertising budget we could
double our leads to 200. Instead of
earning $90 for advertising we could earn
$180. We probably sold more books, sponsored
more new members and are still in the black.
