You as a network marketing distributor landed on this page Network Marketing Training, because you are in desperate need of help/advice or you followed a link out of curiosity.  The latter part of the last sentence has had me worried for many years.  Success in network marketing requires a skill level you can only attain through proper network marketing training courses.

Have you ever fall victim to an ad that says: "all you need is a computer to succeed in this business"? It brings out the worst in me when I see that ad, because it is so far from the truth.  Better yet, I love some of the mlm companies who offer you "state of the art training" they developed.

MLM Companies do a pretty good job of training you on their products, company and compensation plan but let's be honest, "they suck when it comes time to teach you how to MARKET/ADVERTISE your business.

To this day, most mlm companies provide a generic type of training that teaches you how to market to your family and friends. Why?  

 It requires no skill training at all

Your mindset should be that you are in business, you own your own company and you are the CEO of that company.  Do you realize how many different skills are required to be a CEO?  Things like:

Education of yourself and network marketing business: how do you do that?  Start a library of training materials related directly to building your business.  This can include:

  • learning how to write effectively and this skill is needed as a leader of your organization.
  • you will need to learn how to write effective ads
  • effective sales copy
  • effective lead capture pages
  • effective follow up messages
  • effectively writing email responses to prospects who contact you by phone, email or other means

The real beauty of network marketing is the fact that you should have been sponsored by a good network marketing distributor who is involved with a great team of already established leaders who have provided much of the material written above for you and their team.  The problem is that most distributors never learn or teach themselves how to effectively communicate therefore keeping a lid on their network marketing growth.  

I learned this a long time ago and it still applies today:

 When you are Green You Grow
And when you are RIPE you rot.

What that means is you should be learning everyday, educating yourself everyday, because the day you stop doing is the day your business starts to tumble.

Other areas of growth that you will experience as you build your network marketing business will include:

  • How to Build Your Business on a Budget (not Magnetic Sponsoring)
  • How to approach your target market and get them involved
  • How to qualify your prospects
  • How to overcome Objections
  • How to close the sale
  • How to prospect and follow up
  • How to Make Presentations via web or personal contact

  • Time Management
  • Telephone Skills

That is a small list of areas you will grow into.  It doesn't happen in a day but if you look back on your first year in network marketing, you'll be stunned at the growth you have made.

One cleaor individual created a new way to train network marketers.  It's a real life example of building a network marketing business it's scary.  Never in my mind did I think a game could help anyone build a business but this one does just that.

As you prospect, instead of focusing on your company, products and other stuff, instead focus on your prospects wants, needs and desires. Find out what is motivating them to seek your help and then target that want, need or desire in all your communications with them.  Show them your business is a vehicle that will help them achieve their goals.

Ask and ye shall receive. I'll give you as much as I humanly can as long as you keep asking questions. This network marketing training site is kind of like a FAQ page and it's based on the most often asked questions during our training sessions.

Question: how were you recruited into your current network marketing business?

Why would I ask that question?  Because most new distributors can only duplicate the way they were recruited.  I can remember a few years ago working with a new distributor who found us via a web search. He could not wrap his arms around our network marketing recruiting system and failed miserably.

The secret discovery in network marketing can be found in these two words: marketing and money. He who figures it out the marketing will make the money.  In order to market your product or business you need a website,ow to use both of them to your advantage and get prospects foaming at the mouth ready to join your team.

One of the better network marketing books on the net is by Randy Gage and well worth placing in your library. Now in it's 4th edition Randy will cover many aspects of building a network marketing business that you probably never even thought of.
